Privacy boundary

Public by design. Private systems stay private.

The first INV3ST public site is an informational surface. It does not ask for brokerage credentials, account numbers, trading permissions, API keys, private portfolio data, or private strategy details.

Market displays, account projection panels, trader access, AI/RAG context, and execution controls described as Blueprint are product directions unless explicitly identified as verified live capability.

Early Access requests may collect a name, email address, optional company/role, one participation category, a short request message, and explicit consent to be contacted. The request is stored in the private INV3ST intake registry for owner review. A request does not create an identity, grant Cabinet access, or create trading authority.

Do not submit passwords, API keys, brokerage credentials, account numbers, recovery codes, private keys, or other secrets through Early Access. The v1 intake applies bounded validation, duplicate protection, abuse-rate controls, and an owner-only review boundary. Telegram owner alerts contain only a request reference, category, and state rather than the applicant's contact details or message.

A 90-day expiry is defined in the local Early Access intake candidate. It is not proof of automatic deletion in the deployed Cloudflare environment. Production retention and deletion controls must be separately verified before public launch. Early Access requests are not automatically sent to a CRM, trading service, or unrelated business system.

Basic request and traffic metadata may be processed by the hosting, DNS, security, and market-display providers required to serve the site. INV3ST does not intentionally publish raw private account data, authentication material, or internal network details.

Future authenticated products receive their own data-handling and authorization controls before activation. That includes any read-only brokerage/trade-history connection, participant-selected public sharing, or user-supplied signal/recommendation source. Read-only access does not imply trading authority, and proprietary third-party signal content is not automatically licensed for public redistribution.
